Month in Review:
+ As part of the inaugural C3I Cannabis Bootcamp on Prince Edward Island, a jointly organized workshop by Food Island Partnership, CSK, BioFoodTech, PEI BioAlliance and the National Research Council, CSK staff member Vicki Leggo and Joy Shinn of Bio Food Tech collaboratively presented on product development Day 3 of the boot camp. + Also in early December, CSK Product Developers Jennifer Bryant and Krista MacQuarrie provided chef services to a commercial release event hosted at City Cinema in downtown Charlottetown; the promotional video launched by the Department of Fisheries and Communities, titled “Not Humble”, highlights the true stories of the seafood industry on PEI. The Not Humble commercial can be found here, as well as the behind the scenes footage from the making of the video found here.
+ December is always a busy month for holiday gatherings; the team at Canada’s Smartest Kitchen was proud to donate our time and resources to two community-based groups this year, to celebrate their staff, clients and volunteers with a festive food services: including the PEI CMHA– Fitzroy Centre lunch and the Brave and Broken organization dinner
