After a couple of years hiatus, the team at Canada’s Smartest Kitchen was pleased to be able to provide the preparation support to the CMHA-Fitzroy Centre annual holiday dinner for their clients and staff.  The CMHA-Fitzroy Centre staff do a wonderful job of coordinating the event, collecting donations for the food items, and the CSK team work together to prepare and deliver the meals.  This year it was a “takeaway” dinner with turkey and all the trimmings, and blueberry crisp for dessert.  It was an extra special event this year, as it was the first in-person meal since the start of the pandemic and the CMHA team were able to hold the luncheon in their brand new building on Fitzroy Street.
