Earned at the University of Alberta, Arisha holds both a B.Sc. in Nutrition and Food Science and a M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology.
Surely to be a valuable resource for clients at CSK, Arisha completed her studies in the area of foodborne pathogens, then decided to focus her career on food product development. She has also earned certifications in Project Management and Leadership.
Arisha has gained valuable experience having worked at the Food Processing Development Centre in Leduc, and at a craft beverage manufacturer in Red Deer, Alberta where she has launched several new RTD-type beverages, developed HACCP plans and led QA/QC processes.
Arisha’s passion for baking has led her to run a small bakery operation while living in Spain. Being in the kitchen always made her feel as if she is in a Potions class, where all you need is love and a handful of ingredients to create something so magical that, only one bite will melt all your worries away. After all, desserts make people happy!
