Canada’s Smartest Kitchen (CSK) is in the news today thanks to an informative feature by Nancy Russell & Shane Hennessey of CBC – Prince Edward Island: CBC PEI – CSK & Royal Star Lobster Dip Video
The video and accompanying written feature, highlight the wonderful project partnership between Royal Star Foods and CSK in the product development of a new lobster dip that utilizes byproducts of their traditional lobster & other seafood retail items, adding value and innovating their product offerings. Congratulations to Chef Michael Bryanton, and the whole team at Royal Star Foods, on this product and their continuing project work on further innovations of locally made and sourced food service items.
