Chef Andrew Smith wins Meyer Quickfire Challenge

On Saturday, October 12th, Chef’s Island hosted another successful event! We are proud of all of our chefs and other chefs from across Prince Edward Island who participated in this event! We are even more proud of Chef Andrew Smith, who won this year’s Meyer Quickfire Challenge. In this competitive event, 4 competitors had 60 minutes to prepare 4 identical main course plates featuring three special ingredients: crab clusters, oyster mushrooms, and pork tenderloin. We are excited to congratulate him on this most recent accomplishment!
