On October 22nd and 23rd, this year’s Food and Beverage Atlantic Conference was hosted here in beautiful PEI at the Rodd Charlottetown Hotel and we are so grateful that we got to be a part of it. We had an exciting booth, where Operations Coordinator, Shanae Deveaux, was ready to answer any question guests had about CSK and she also had treats made by Chef Jen Bryant- delicious Puffed BBQ Kelp chips. Everyone who tasted them said how delicious they were and some even came back for more! During the conference, there were entertaining and informative guest speakers who we learned so much from and we can’t wait to use these tools to help in our business development here at CSK. Our very own Director, Tim McRoberts, was on the panel of judges for this year’s Foodie’s Choice Product of the Year and even though it was a tough decision- due to all the amazing nominees, it was still an exciting and memorable experience for him. We are thankful that we are a part of this great community and can’t wait to see what the future holds.
