Sensory Testing & Consumer Research
- Sensory Science focuses on the evaluation of food & beverage products, and how humans react with all their senses to what they are consuming: analyzing the “organoleptic response” of taste test participants can help you hone your product and grow your market share.
- There are many different testing options when it comes to having your product evaluated via Sensory Analysis: we do on-site tastings with our internal team; walk-up or pop-up with our culinary staff and students; or moderated focus groups with targeted participants from our tester database.
- We can customize your tasting group based on preferred demographics, including location, age, gender, and other factors in our participant database: we have hundreds of members in our CSK sensory panel community who are ready to try your product today. Get qualitative and quantitative consumer feedback through focus groups, web surveys and other tools.
