The Cleveland Electric Tilting Steam Mixer Kettle is a 12-gallon gas-fired, tabletop, tilting steam-jacketed kettle designed for commercial kitchens that need consistent cooking performance for soups, sauces, gravies, pasta, stews, and other batch cooking applications.
